Dear All,
As mentioned at our September club meeting Christopher Felloni, the Commercial Manager of the Lakeland Tyres Group with good taste in cars (he drives a Maserati) will be hosting a 'Cars & Coffee' event at the Lakeland Tyres Mallusk branch on Sat 24th Sept between 10am-2pm.
This will be a charity event in aid of the NI Hospice, the aim of which is to bring prestige car brands, car enthusiasts and the general public together to support this worthy cause. There will be a £5 per car entry fee, all of which will be donated to the Hospice.
The event is set to attract 100+ cars, business leaders and the public. Notable brands and their representatives include:
-Ferrari
-Maserati
-Bentley
-Porsche
-Audi
-BMW
-Lotus
-Lexus
Representatives from the Belfast Giants will also be there. While it is a charity event, it also presents an excellent opportunity to network with professionals, have a bit of craic and enjoy the cars/food on offer. Some members have already signalled their intention to attend so if you are interested please reply to this post providing your name and car details. Christoper has asked for an indication of the number of cars per segment e.g Italian / German etc.
Unfortunately the weather forecast for Saturday is not too good - so there is a possibility that the event could be postponed. If that proves to be the case I will post an update to advise.
